• • Refurbished items carry a 6-month dealbyu warranty.
• • Repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty.
• • COD is available on orders under ₹5,000. Orders above that amount need a 20% online token.
• • Disputes are resolved by the courts at Bokaro, Jharkhand, India.

dealbyu (also styled "dealbyu") is a sole-proprietorship business operated by Vijay Kumar Nishad, with its principal place of business at [Registered address — fill in before launch, e.g. "<line 1>, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand <PIN>"]. References to "we", "us", "our", and "dealbyu" in these terms refer to that business. References to "you" and "your" refer to any visitor or customer of the dealbyu website, mobile experience, or service centre.

By browsing dealbyu, placing an order, creating an account, using our repair, sell-to-us, or PC builder services, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

We may modify these terms from time to time. The latest version is always at /terms with the effective date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You may use dealbyu only if (a) you are at least 18 years old or are a minor with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, (b) you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and (c) you are not barred from receiving products or services under the laws of India.

dealbyu serves customers within India. Orders to addresses outside India are not accepted via our online checkout — please email us for export enquiries.

We work hard to describe products accurately, including specs, compatibility notes, condition grades on refurbished items, and battery health where measurable. Despite our care, listings may occasionally contain errors or omissions. Stock photos are illustrative; the device you receive may differ cosmetically.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST for new products. Refurbished products are sold under the GST margin scheme and do not carry a separate GST charge. We may correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch; if a price error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the order in full.

Availability is shown live on the listing where possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or cancel orders that show pricing or stock errors, including (without limitation) orders that look like reseller or fraud activity.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices shown. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and we have received cleared payment (or the COD token, where applicable).

We may decline orders for any lawful reason, including stock outages, payment-verification failures, suspected fraud, or addresses we cannot reliably ship to. If we decline, we refund any amount already collected within 7 working days.

dealbyu accepts payments through the following gateways: Razorpay, PayU, and Cashfree. Payment is processed by the chosen gateway under their own terms. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders below ₹5,000 with no online payment required. For orders of ₹5,000 or more, COD is available with a non-refundable 20% online token paid at checkout; the remaining 80% is collected by the courier on delivery. The token is forfeited if the parcel is rejected at delivery without a valid reason (damage on arrival is a valid reason — see the Refund & Replacement Policy).

All amounts are payable in Indian Rupees. Bank or gateway charges passed on by the issuer are not refundable except where required by law.

Orders ship through Shiprocket and Delhivery. We dispatch from our Bokaro Steel City service centre, generally within 24–72 hours of receiving an order (longer for custom-build and pre-built PC orders that need assembly and burn-in).

Indicative delivery windows from dispatch:

• Bokaro and nearby Jharkhand: 1–2 working days.
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–4 working days.
• Rest of India (including remote PIN codes): 3–7 working days.

These windows are estimates supplied by the courier; we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address provided. If a parcel is delivered physically damaged or with tampered packaging, refuse delivery and inform us within 24 hours so we can raise a courier claim and ship a replacement (see Refund Policy).

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. Below that threshold, a small shipping fee is shown at checkout.

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not yet been packed for dispatch. Use the cancellation link in your order confirmation, or message us on WhatsApp / email immediately. After 1 hour or after the order has been packed, cancellation is at our discretion.

We may cancel an order at our end at any time before dispatch if we identify a stock outage, pricing error, payment-verification issue, or suspected fraudulent activity. In all such cases we refund any amount paid in full to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Our full policy is at /refund. In summary:

• New products: 7-day replacement window for items that arrive damaged, dead-on-arrival, or wrongly shipped — measured from the date of delivery. Replacement only (we ship the same SKU again); refunds are issued only when a replacement is unavailable.
• No change-of-mind returns. If you receive the product as ordered, undamaged, the order is final. Please use our pre-purchase WhatsApp / phone support if you're unsure about a product's fit for your needs.
• Refurbished products are covered by a 6-month dealbyu warranty. See the listing or ask us for the inspection notes for that specific unit.
• Repair workmanship is warrantied for 30 days from the date the device is returned to you.

For brand-new products, the in-box manufacturer warranty continues to apply for the duration stated by the brand. After the 7-day replacement window has closed, all warranty claims for new products are handled directly by the manufacturer through their authorised service network. Your warranty card has the brand's customer-care number and the closest authorised service centre.

We're happy to help you locate the right brand contact, supply a copy of your invoice for warranty claims, and act as a point of first reference. Please message us on WhatsApp and we'll point you to the right place.

Note: products that we have refurbished, repaired, or built ourselves carry a separate dealbyu warranty (6-month refurb warranty, 30-day repair workmanship warranty, 1-year on-site warranty on assembled pre-built / custom PCs). Those warranties are claimed directly with us.

dealbyu operates as a retailer for new products manufactured by third-party brands. Except for items that we have refurbished, repaired, or assembled in-house, the products we sell are manufactured by their respective brands (e.g. Apple, Samsung, Lenovo, ASUS, NVIDIA, AMD, Intel). The brand remains responsible for product design, manufacturing quality, and post-sale warranty service.

Our responsibility is to deliver the genuine product as described, intact, on time, and to honour the 7-day replacement window for damaged / non-working / wrong-product cases described in the Refund & Replacement Policy. Beyond that, post-sale service for new products is provided by the manufacturer under their warranty terms.

Items that we have refurbished, repaired, or assembled in-house are clearly labelled as such on the listing and on the invoice, and carry a dealbyu warranty as described above. For those items, we are the responsible party for both the product and the warranty.

Specific terms for our services are stated on the relevant page and form part of these terms by reference:

• Repair service — diagnosis, quotes, workmanship warranty.
• Sell to dealbyu — buyback quotes, payouts, dealbyu credits.
• PC Builder and Pre-built PCs — assembly, burn-in test, warranty.
• Refurbished — grading, warranty, return policy.

You agree that you will not:

• misrepresent your identity, address, or payment instrument;
• place orders on behalf of another person without authorisation;
• use dealbyu to engage in resale or commercial redistribution without written consent;
• scrape, copy, or republish our content, listings, or images without permission;
• attempt to interfere with the site, our checkout flow, or the security of any system; or
• upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes another person's rights.

All content on dealbyu — including the dealbyu name, logo, site design, photographs, product copy and graphics — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Brand names, logos and trade marks of products we resell are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify those products.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of the dealbyu site as intended.

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Refund & Replacement Policy, and the warranties we provide on items we have refurbished, repaired, or assembled, dealbyu provides the website and the products on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that information on the site is always current, or that any product will meet your specific requirements beyond what the brand has published.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any non-waivable consumer right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other law that applies to you as a consumer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dealbyu's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order, transaction, or use of our site or services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the order or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

For absolute clarity, this clause does not limit our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold dealbyu, its proprietor, employees and contractors harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at /terms with a fresh effective date. For material changes (for example, to refund eligibility or jurisdiction), we will use reasonable means to notify you — typically a banner on the site or an email if you have an account. Continued use of the site or services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to dealbyu, decline future orders, or cancel pending orders if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused the service. Where possible we will tell you why before doing so. Termination does not affect orders already in progress; we will complete (or cancel and refund) those in the normal course.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms — including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance or termination — is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bokaro, Jharkhand, India.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from approaching a Consumer Forum or other consumer-protection authority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, where the law allows.
