Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All Razorpay-supported methods: UPI, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking from major Indian banks, and EMI on eligible cards. COD is available on orders below ₹5,000; orders ₹5,000+ need a 20% online token at checkout.
Is GST included in the listed price?
Yes. Every price you see is GST-inclusive. New products carry an 18% GST line on the invoice; refurbished items are sold under the GST margin scheme (no separate GST line).
Will I get a GST invoice?
Always. Every order ships with a GST-compliant invoice in your name. For business buyers, share your GSTIN at checkout (in the address note for now) and we'll generate a B2B invoice in your company name.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — within 1 hour of placing it, or any time before we pack it for dispatch (whichever comes first). After that, cancellation is at our discretion. Use the cancellation link in your order confirmation, or WhatsApp +91 80511 11117 with your order ID.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
All over India. We dispatch from Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days within Jharkhand and 3–7 days elsewhere.
How much is shipping?
Free for orders above ₹999. Below that, ₹49 flat. Same-day in-Bokaro delivery available on selected items at no extra charge — call us to confirm.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped you'll get a tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / email. You can also see live status on your account orders page.

Warranty & returns

What's the warranty on new products?
The full manufacturer warranty as stated on the product page (typically 1 year on laptops, 2 years on PSUs, 5 years on SSDs, lifetime on RAM). Plus a 7-day replacement window from dealbyu for damage on arrival or DOA.
What's the warranty on refurbished products?
6-month dealbyu warranty on every refurbished item. Battery health is printed on the listing. See our Refurbished warranty policy for the full claim process.
How do I claim a return / replacement?
Within 7 days of delivery, message us on WhatsApp or email support@dealbyu.com with your order ID + a single-take unboxing video. We arrange free pickup, run a check, and ship a replacement (or refund if the SKU is unavailable).

Repair service

What do you repair?
Mobiles, laptops, desktops, monitors, TVs, printers, scanners, surveillance gear, board-level PC components, DSLRs, UPS / inverters, audio gear, and storage. Free diagnosis on every device.
Do you offer door pickup?
Yes — free in Jharkhand. Pre-paid courier elsewhere in India; you ship in, we diagnose for free, and we ship it back free if you decline our quote.
Where do I track my repair?
Sign in to your account and visit My repair tickets — every status change (diagnosing, quoted, in-progress, ready) is logged in real time.

Sell to dealbyu

What can I sell?
Mobiles, laptops, tablets, desktops, monitors, and PC components. Working or non-working — we buy both. Higher quotes on devices with original box, charger, and bill.
How do I get paid?
Three options: dealbyu credits (+10% over cash, use on any future order), instant UPI, or NEFT / IMPS to your bank in 24 hours. You choose at the time of pickup.
How does pickup work?
We send Delhivery to your registered address — free, anywhere in India. The device is inspected at our facility, you get a final quote, and on your acceptance we pay out the same day.

dealbyu credits

How do I earn dealbyu credits?
₹200 welcome bonus once you verify both your email and your mobile number. Plus +10% on any device you sell to dealbyu when you choose credits as the payout. Plus the occasional promo.
Where do I see my credit balance?
Top of your account page (the green wallet pill in the header when you're signed in). Credits never expire on dealbyu.
How do I use credits at checkout?
Apply your full available balance from the cart page before payment. Credits work on any product, any category, any time.

Account & support

Do I need an account to buy?
Yes — every order needs a signed-in account so we can attach an invoice, track shipments, and run warranty claims. Sign in takes 30 seconds with phone OTP, Google, or email + password.
How do I contact support?
