We started in Bokaro Steel City in 2010 because the local electronics market was a mess — metro prices were a fantasy, repair quotes were guesses, buyback was a pawn-shop affair. Fifteen years later we sell, refurbish, repair and buy back electronics across India — same fair price, same Bokaro bench.

How we got here
A 15-year story, in four chapters.
- 2010
The price gap that started it all
Bokaro in 2010: a laptop here cost ₹4–8 thousand more than the same SKU in Mumbai or Delhi. Repair quotes were vibes-based. Buyback didn't really exist outside city pawn shops. We opened dealbyu with one promise — Bokaro pays metro prices. We started by driving direct relationships with Delhi distributors and passing the savings on. Word spread fast.

Repairs, by popular demand
Customers kept coming back: 'you sold me this laptop two years ago — can you fix it?' We weren't a repair shop, but we couldn't say no. So we hired a technician, then another. Today our bench fixes everything — phones, laptops, TVs, surveillance gear, DSLRs, UPS units, even the occasional drone. Free diagnosis on every walk-in, fixed-price quotes, no kitchen-sink charges.

Trade-in, on the customer's terms
We noticed the same conversation over and over: 'I'd buy the new one if I could just sell my old one fairly.' Every other vendor either lowballed or wouldn't take it. We started doing manual buyback quotes — every device looked at by a real person, paid fair. Eventually that turned into the dealbyu credits system: take cash, UPI, or 10% more in store credit if you want to keep it on-platform.
