We dispatch from our Bokaro Steel City service centre. In-stock orders are usually handed to the courier within 24 hours (1 working day) of payment confirmation (or the COD token, where applicable).

Custom / made-to-order PC builds need 2–3 working days for assembly and stress-testing before they leave Bokaro — we'd rather test it properly than ship it fast.

Indicative delivery windows, measured from dispatch:

• Bokaro and nearby Jharkhand: 1–2 working days.
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–4 working days.
• Rest of India, including remote PIN codes: 3–7 working days.

These windows are estimates supplied by the courier; we don't guarantee a specific delivery date. Festive-season volumes, weather and regional disruptions can occasionally add a day or two. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through Delhivery. If a PIN code isn't currently serviceable by our courier, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or refund the order in full.

We currently ship within India only — we do not offer international delivery. Door pickup and walk-in service are also available across Bokaro, Dhanbad, Ranchi, Jamshedpur and nearby Jharkhand districts.

Once your order ships, we share the courier AWB / tracking number by WhatsApp and email. You can check live status any time at /track or from My Orders in your account.

Orders below ₹5,000: full Cash on Delivery is available — pay the courier in cash on delivery, no online payment required.

Orders of ₹5,000 or more: COD is available with a 20% online token paid at checkout; the remaining 80% is collected by the courier on delivery. Full COD rules, including when the token is refunded, are in the Refund & Replacement policy and the Terms of Service.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or with tampered packaging, please refuse delivery where possible and tell us within 24 hours so we can raise a courier claim and send a replacement.

Damaged-on-arrival, dead-on-arrival and wrong-item issues on new products are covered by our 7-day replacement window — with free pre-paid pickup. The full claim process (including the unboxing-video requirement) is in the Refund & Replacement policy.
