Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. You don't pay anything to find out what's wrong. Once we know, we send you a fixed price quote. If you don't want to go ahead, we return the device — free if it was a walk-in, free shipping if it came in by courier.
How long does a repair take?
Most mobile and laptop repairs are done in 2–4 working days from the day you approve the quote. Board-level work, BGA reballing, and rare-part orders can take 5–10 days. We give you an honest ETA upfront on the quote — no moving goalposts.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
30-day workmanship warranty on every repair. If the same fault returns within 30 days, we re-do the work at no charge. Replaced parts carry whatever warranty the part vendor offers (typically 6–12 months on screens, batteries, drives).
What if you can't fix it?
If the device is uneconomic to repair — board-dead, parts unavailable, panel cost > device value — we tell you straight. No 'kitchen-sink' charges. We can also offer a buyback at scrap or salvage value if you'd rather not take it home.
What about data on my laptop / phone / hard drive?
We don't touch user data unless you specifically ask for data recovery. Repairs that risk data (motherboard work, OS reinstall) are flagged on the quote — you decide whether to back up first or have us image the drive.
