About the role
dealbyu is a growing e-commerce platform bringing a wide range of products and deals to customers online. Our website is at the heart of everything we do — and we're building a team that helps keep it running smoothly, looking great, and serving our customers well.
As a Website Manager Intern you'll get a close-up view of how a real online business operates from the inside. The role blends light creative work with customer interaction, so your days are a healthy mix of editing visuals, updating the website, and speaking with customers — ideal for someone who wants well-rounded exposure rather than just one narrow task.
Key responsibilities
- Basic photo editing in Adobe Photoshop — resizing, cropping, touch-ups, background cleanup, and preparing product images for the website
- Attending incoming customer calls, answering questions, and offering friendly, helpful support
- Assisting with day-to-day website management — uploading and updating product listings, descriptions, and images
- Keeping product visuals and listings neat, accurate, consistent, and up to date
- Helping maintain a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for our customers
- Supporting the team with other routine operational tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (everyday editing — nothing advanced)
- Comfortable using a computer for routine tasks — managing files, browsing the internet, and using basic software
- Clear and polite communication skills, with a warm, customer-friendly attitude
- Good attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for your work
- Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine eagerness to learn
- No formal degree or qualification required — we value your skills, attitude, and willingness to grow over certificates
